Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sweetest Briar. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide from Israel using Eco Post (Standard International Shipping with tracking).
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20 USD for all orders under $200 USD.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free International Shipping on all orders over $200 USD.
Estimated delivery time: 10-21 business days.
*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues in the destination country.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sweetest Briar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sweetestbriar1@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
