An exceptional, lightly smoked estate pipe from Chacom’s prestigious Grand Cru line, designed by the legendary French master pipe maker Pierre Morel.
The History & Design
In 1978, Chacom commissioned Pierre Morel to design their high-end Grand Cru series. Morel, recognized as a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, brought his iconic free-hand artistry to Saint-Claude, introducing fluid, organic shapes that redefined traditional French pipe making.
This particular piece features a striking Bent Dublin shape with beautiful grain flow, highlighting Morel's mastery of the freehand form. The stem features the classic Chacom "CC" brass inlay logo and is stamped "Hand Cut."
